Uruguay midfielder Manuel Ugarte has arrived in England and will undergo a medical with Manchester United on Wednesday.
Manchester United agreed a deal to sign Ugarte on Tuesday and Paris Saint-Germain have given the Uruguay midfielder permission to travel to the club for a medical as personal terms are not a problem.
United’s top midfield target throughout the summer transfer window has been Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarte.
Other deals have been prioritise but United now appear ready to bring Ugarte in.
